By using HypeGen you agree to these terms.

User-generated content

HypeGen displays and distributes user-generated content: prompts, generations, listings and pack contents. You retain ownership of what you create, and you are responsible for making sure your uploads and prompts do not infringe third-party rights or break the law.

Moderation

All marketplace listings pass human moderation before going live, and gallery publications are subject to review. Content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing is removed, and repeat offenders lose their account. Report anything that slips through via the contact page.

Credits

⚡ Spark Credits are a prepaid license to use the service — not money, and non-refundable, except where a generation job fails (held Sparks are always returned automatically) or where law requires a refund.

Marketplace

Sellers keep 80% of every sale; the platform rake is 20%. Buyers have a 48-hour refund window on purchases. Reselling raw generation outputs you did not create or license is prohibited.
